These terms apply to your use of ToolDashy and its tools. By using the site you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use it. ToolDashy is free for personal and professional use, with no account, registration or payment.

The tools are general-purpose utilities that give results for information and convenience. Results depend on the information you enter and on the formulas and methods described on each tool's page. They can contain errors, and they don't take your individual circumstances into account.

You are responsible for what you put into the tools, for checking results before relying on them, and for how you use them. Keep your own copies of important files — tools process copies in your browser, but you should keep the originals until you've checked the result.

Calculators such as BMI, BMR, TDEE, calorie, macro, body fat, ideal weight, protein and water intake use published formulas and population averages. Their results are estimates for general information. They are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional, especially if you are pregnant, under 18 or have a medical condition.

Calculators such as mortgage, loan, car loan, APR, credit card, debt-to-income, savings, interest, ROI, salary, VAT and sales tax give planning estimates based on the figures you enter and the assumptions stated on each page. They are not loan offers, approvals, quotes or personalised financial, tax or investment advice. Actual rates, fees, payments and returns are set by lenders and providers, and tax rules vary by country and region and change over time. Check figures with the provider or a qualified adviser before making a financial decision.

Construction, material and measurement calculators (for example concrete, gravel, paint, tile, flooring, roofing and square footage) give approximate quantities. Real projects vary with site conditions, waste, product specifications and local building requirements — confirm quantities with your supplier or a qualified professional before buying materials or starting work.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to process content you don't have the right to use;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers that host it;
• use automated means to scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, or present the site or its content as your own.

Files and text you use with the tools remain yours. Because they are processed in your browser, ToolDashy doesn't receive them and claims no rights over them or the results you create. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The ToolDashy name, logo, design and written content of the site belong to ToolDashy. Some tools are built with open-source software that remains subject to its own licences. You may link to any page on the site.

If the site links to or relies on another website or service, we don't control it and aren't responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices.

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we may change, add or remove tools, or suspend the site, at any time and without notice. Tools may not work in every browser or on every device, and very large files may exceed what your device can process.

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, ToolDashy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including decisions made on the basis of calculator results, and lost or damaged files or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep any rights that the law where you live gives you.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
